Requirement:
Instead of Name, need to add application number here (as shown below)
Steps to Achieve:
1. Go to the Look up view in the Views.
2. Then click on add columns.
3. Then Save and Publish the changes
Output:
Open CRM Form Lookup value you can get Application Number.
